PARTNERSHIP IN BUSINESSCOURSE ANNOTATION “PARTNERSHIP IN BUSINESS” Recommended for students pursuing a first (bachelor’s) level of higher education Course Objective The purpose of studying the discipline is to develop an understanding and skills in working with business opportunities by helping companies and individual managers realize the potential of partnership relations. In the conditions of a post-industrial economy, competitive advantages are often achieved through the ability to establish and maintain partnership relations. Who should be invited to be a business partner - a professional expert or an old acquaintance? How to become a reliable partner for a team and companies? Why give preference to professionalism or friendship? Is it possible to “be friends” with a competitor? How to maintain effective partnership relations with partners from other countries and continents? The answers to these and many other questions can be found while studying the course “Partnership in Business”. Finding reliable partners is a critical competence of every manager, based on developed emotional intelligence, and the ability to establish trusting relationships and work in a team. Thanks to partnership relations between team members, business projects are effectively implemented. The partnership is a real tool for the competitive behaviour of companies in the market due to the support of various business models (franchising, outsourcing, cluster, ecosystem, B2B, B2C, C2C, etc.). Interdisciplinary connections Starting to study the discipline "Partnership in Business", students must have a certain knowledge base in such disciplines as "Introduction to the Specialty", "Psychology", "Microeconomics", "Entrepreneurship", "Organization Theory", and the Training course "Team Management".
