Training Course "Business Design"_073ANNOTATION OF THE COURSE Training Course "Business Design" The "Business Design" training course draws on both international and domestic experiences, as well as the achievements of Ukrainian and global scholars, focusing on business project initiation, planning, and modeling. Interdisciplinary links: prerequisites and postrequisites. The "Business Design" training course integrates a wide range of basic concepts and techniques from both general theoretical and specialized academic disciplines. Prerequisites: the course builds upon the knowledge and competencies acquired by students at the first (bachelor's) level of higher education during the study of the following courses: "Marketing," "Business Finance","Project Management","Human Resource Management," and "IT Technologies in Management". Postrequisites: to effectively study academic disciplinessuch as “Design of Management Systems”,“Strategic Planning”,and interdisciplinary training course “Management Decision Making” within the professional training cycle, a background in business design is required.The knowledge, skills, and competencies acquired by students in this course will be beneficial during internship and in preparing their bachelor's thesis. Course Objective: The purpose of studying the course is to help bachelors of the new generation to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the content, purpose, methodology and tools for organizational and economic design of business projects, assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of their implementation. Course Tasks (Learning Objectives): - to acquire knowledge and skills in the theory and methodology of business design;
- to identify consumer and business organization problems and generate ideas for possible solutions;
- to engage in organizational and economic business design, preparing a standard project documentation package (project application, business plan, business model, financial model, etc.);
- to assess and select business projects using quantitative and qualitative criteria;
- to present and defend projects before relevant stakeholders.
The subject of the course is theoretical and methodological aspects of conducting problem analysis, initiating business projects, performing them organizational and economic justification, evaluation and selection of business projects.
