Recommended for applicants of the first (bachelor) level of higher education

The purpose of the discipline:  formation of a complex of applied skills in forecasting and designing the development of entrepreneurial systems; acquisition of skills in substantiation of design solutions in the field of rational organization of enterprise activities.

Interdisciplinary linkages: To learn this discipline need knowledge, ability, skills in the following disciplines: enterprise economics, management, organization of production (or organization of operational activities), labor economics and social and labor relations, etc.

the conceptual apparatus of the theory of organization, its genesis and its place in the system of scientific knowledge, the goals of the organization and their integration. hierarchy in the organization, formal and informal structures in it, models and varieties of organization, basic laws of organization.

prerequisites for the formation and essence of organizational design; places of organizational design in the general system of scientific knowledge; content, goals and objectives of designing an organization of economic entities; varieties of organizational projects of enterprises, the basic principles of organizational design of systems; stages and stages of organizational design

the place of organizational diagnostics in the design of entrepreneurial systems; the essence of organizational self-diagnostics at the enterprise; diagnostic interviewing procedure; conflict diagnostics algorithm; organizational diagnostics indicators; stages of system organization diagnostics; procedure for reporting on the results of organizational diagnostics
