Educationaldegree:Magister Learning Objectives The objective of the course is to gain skills: for identification and evaluation of opportunities for successful long-term development of the company, for development of a set of measures to implement them in order to solve the internal problems of a company and ensure the high level of flexibility regardless of the conditions of its operation. Tasksof the course: to give the undestanding of development of the organization as an immanent process of identifying and implementing opportunities that arise in its external and internal environment; to expand the views on the possibilities of modern development alternatives; to master methodological approaches and appropriate tools for diagnosis of the current state of the company; to gain skills for identification of initial conditions for successful long-term development of the company; to master new technologies and management tools to ensure the successful long-term development of the company; to master skills for development and economic assessment of the effectiveness of development projects. Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of the requirements for this course, students will be able to: - Monitor and evaluate the results of the company by the formal and informal indicators; - Diagnose the development potential of the company; - Form a list of alternatives of company development; - Develop and justify development projects specific to the company and its environment; - Shape the development of the enterprise management system and evaluate its effectiveness.
