Educational degree: Master Purpose of study: to provide students with a system of theoretical and applied knowledge in the sphere of enterprise competitiveness in a dynamic competitive environment. Study tasks: to form a set of students’ competencies sufficient to provide management of the process of obtaining and development of enterprise competitive advantage system in changing internal and external conditions. Learning outcomes: Providing the successful fulfillment of the requirements for mastering the study the students will be able to: - analyze the nature and intensity of competition in the target market; - make the forecast of competition intensity in the market; - determine the main competitors of the researched company; identify the geographical boundaries of the competitive market of enterprise and estimate the level of territorial competitive importance of competitors; - determine the level and nature of the competitive danger of competitors; - determine the competitiveness of existing competitors; - analyze the status and nature of managerial influence on the competitiveness in production, recruitment and investment markets; - identify and analyze the quality of management the competitiveness components of enterprise; - justify for directions to achieve the target levels of competitiveness of the enterprise; - choose the ways and means to secure enterprise strategic competitiveness.
