STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS OF ENTERPRISESSTRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS OF ENTERPRISES Educational degree: Master Objectof the course is acquisition of skills of opportunities’ identification and assessment for enterprise’s successful development through forming and participating in various types of strategic partnerships. Tasks of the course: development of views of modern alternative opportunities of enterprises’ development; forming an idea of strategic partnerships as a form of perspective enterprise’s opportunities realization, which arise in external environment over the formation (and/or support) of competitive advantages; acquisition of knowledge about types of strategic partnerships and identification of their distinctive features. Learning Outcomes: As a result of the discipline’s studying the student should be able to: - diagnose resources, processes and results for evaluation of enterprise’s strategic self-sufficiency; - assess effectiveness and performance of strategic partnership; - monitor partnership’s influence on competitive position of its participants by formal and informal indicators; - justify expedience of partnership’s forming; - support partnership by resource, information and organizational; - develop and justify project of strategic partnerships’ forming; - form forecast system of dynamics of partnership relations in space and time; - form partnership’s organizational structure depending on type of partnership; - form partnership’s management mechanism; - form reviews, recommendations, proposals and other consulting products for potential participants of strategic partnership.
