Leadership and Partnership in Business_076

COURSE ANNOTATION

Leadership and Partnership in Business

Recommended for students pursuing a first (bachelor’s) level of higher education

Course Objective

This course aims to develop an understanding and practical skills in leveraging business opportunities through the realization of leadership and partnership potential by entrepreneurs and companies.

Only business leaders "by spirit" can elevate their enterprises and organizations to leading positions in a post-industrial economy. Alongside entrepreneurial leadership capabilities—manifested primarily through well-developed emotional intelligence, the ability to establish relationships, teamwork skills, and goal-setting competence—well-established partnerships are a key success factor. Concepts such as "clusters," "outsourcing," "franchising," "strategic alliances," "joint ventures," and "team collaboration" reflect the everyday market practices of leading businesses and entrepreneurs across various sectors.

Interdisciplinary Connections

Before studying "Leadership and Partnership in Business," students should have a foundational understanding of economic theory (macro- and microeconomics), entrepreneurship, management, and marketing, as well as skills in information management (data collection, synthesis, systematization, and critical evaluation).
