There are no ineffective organisations in the world, only poorly managed ones. This statement highlights the crucial role of effective management for any organisation. Current trends in socio-economic development, such as globalisation, digital transformation, adherence to the principles of equality and environmental friendliness, acceleration of innovation, etc., pose fundamentally new challenges for organisational management and require an extraordinary, creative approach to solving them. The educational and professional programme ‘'Management of Business Organisations’’ is aimed precisely at training highly qualified management specialists who possess modern theoretical knowledge, methods, tools and practical skills, and are capable of solving the problems of business organisations.

 
 
Programme learning outcomes
  • know their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, understand the values of civil society, the rule of law, human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine;
  • preserve moral, cultural, scientific values and multiply the achievements of society, use various types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle;
  • demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership;
  • demonstrate skills in identifying problems and justifying management decisions;
  • describe the content of the functional areas of the organisation;
  • demonstrate skills in searching, collecting and analysing information, calculating indicators to justify management decisions;
  • demonstrate organisational design skills;
  • apply management methods to ensure the effectiveness of the organisation;
  • demonstrate skills of interaction, leadership, teamwork;
  • have the skills to justify effective tools for motivating the staff of the organisation;
  • demonstrate skills of situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organisation's activities;
  • evaluate the legal, social and economic impact of the organisation's functioning;
  • communicate orally and in writing in the state and foreign languages;
  • identify the causes of stress, adapt oneself and team members to a stressful situation, find ways to neutralise it;
