LEADERSHIP AND PARNTERSHIPS IN BUSINESS

Objectofthe course isacquisitionofknowledgeaboutpossibilitiesofenterprises’ successfuldevelopmentbyformationandparticipationinpartnershipsofdifferenttypesforleadership positions achieving.

Tasks of the course: identificationofdeterminingfactorsofenterprise’sacquirementofmarket’sleadershippositions;determination of leader’s role in long-term success of enterprise; acquisition of skills of leadership’s identification and development; forming an idea of strategic partnerships as a form of perspective enterprise’s opportunities realization, which arise in external environment over the formation (and/or support) of competitive advantages.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the requirement for this course, students will be able to:

·       carry out business communication: public speaking, negotiations, meetings, business correspondence, e-communications, etc; 

·       useknowledgeaboutworkingwithgroupsandindividualsinmanagement;

·       analyzeanddesign  interpersonal, groupandorganizational communications;

·       choice of adequate methods of enterprise’s analysis in context of achievement of leadership positions and formation of strategic partnerships;

·       define configuration of enterprise’s strategic space and perspective directions of strategic partnerships’ formation;

·       form and  carry out organizational support of enterprise’s  partner relations with its  counterparties;

monitor  partnership’s influence on competitive position of its participants by formal and informal indicators.
