Education I’m received higher economic education at the Kyiv Institute of National Economy named after D.S. Korotchenko with a degree in Labor Economics (1985). In 2001, at KNEU I defended my thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences in the specialty of 08.06.01. In 2009, at KNEU I defended mys thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economics in the specialty 08.00.04 - Economics and enterprise management (by type of economic activity). Certified professor since 2012. Work experience I began my independent work and scientific activity in 1979. I worked as the developer of labor standards in the sectoral department of the Center for the Scientific Organization of Labor in the Chemical Industry of the USSR. Since 1981, I worked at the same direction in positions from senior technician to leading engineer in the Scientific and Introduction Center of the Industry of Communication devices of the USSR where developed: labor standards for different categories of personnel, organizational projects of enterprises and methodologies of their creation, projects of labor and management organization in the automated productions (for which I received in 1984 a distinction of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR), design solutions to improve the organization of functioning of the central office of the Ministry of Industry of communication devices of the USSR, was performed similar works at the request of the Kyiv City Hall . Since 1992 I also worked as deputy director for scientific work in scientific and consulting organizations, combining scientific and teaching activities. I started my purely teaching activity in 1996 at Kyiv National Economic University. Since then, I had taught disciplines: "Enterprise Economics," "Privatization of State Enterprises," "Management of Innovation and Investment Activities," "Justification of Investment Projects," "Investment Management," "Project Management," "Organizational Design of Enterprise," "Management of Anti-Crisis Activities of Enterprise." In the late 90s, I participated in the development of the "Doctrine of Education 2000" and the first standards of higher education for specialists in enterprise economics. I worked in the commissions on licensing and accreditation of higher educational institutions, as well as commissions on inspection of higher educational institutions under the President of Ukraine. I prepared a group of young scientists from the direction of organizational design of enterprises. Currently, I am mainly focused on the preparation of graduate students, teaching them the disciplines "Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship" and "Management of Scientific Projects," although I continue to teach the disciplines "Organizational Design of Enterprise" and "Organizational Engineering". I'm Involved in the creation of a new discipline "Industrial Engineering". I have levels of candidate of economic science from 2002 and the doctor of economic science from 2009. I am a certified professor since 2012. Currently, I'm working as a professor at the Department of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship. Awards and Honorary titles Honored Employee of KNEU.
