Enterprise Strategy Department

The Enterprise Strategy Department is a team of like-minded people with the mission to contribute to the development of the intellectual potential and well-being of the nation on the basis of the strategic thinking and development of our graduates, the enhancement of the scientific potential of department employees on the basis of the teaching, research, educational and consultancy work taking account of the needs and trends of the labour market and the business environment.

The Enterprise Strategy Department trains bachelors and masters in Enterprise Economics. The successful careers of our alumni are based on a balanced choice of disciplines taught by the department, their conformity with today's realities, the application of active methods of study (group-based methods of work, case studies, business games, own project presentations, etc.). Results of the research of our students are implemented in the development and the substantiation of advisory projects aimed at solving development problems of the Ukrainian enterprises. This approach toward the training of specialists guarantees the thorough theoretical training, the obtainment of practical skills and competencies ensuring the harmonious entry of young specialists into the real business world.

The Department supports the following master programmes:

  • professional programmes in Project Management and Consultancy, and Strategic Management;
  • career programmes (the second higher education via the Master Training Centre) in Project Management and Consultancy, Strategic Management, and Business Analytics.

The Department is active not only in the area of preparing specialists for the business environment, but also provides the basis for the development of the economic, scientific and management elite via the post-graduate school, in which the competition level is growing with every year.

Looking into the future with assurance, the Enterprise Strategy Department together with its students and alumni lays the strategic foundations of the well-being and the prosperity of our country.
