SUMMARY OF AN EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINE 

Enterprise capital: formation and use

Recommended for applicants of the first (bachelor) level of higher education.

The purpose of the discipline is to form knowledge and practical skills that allowsto form an idea of the content of capital formation under post-industrial conditions of enterprise activity and the peculiarities of capital assessment using modern analytical tools. The knowledge acquired by students after studying this educational discipline is the basis for practical activities in the field of economic, financial, strategic business management, controlling, internal and external audit, risk management in the real sector of the economy, consulting.

Interdisciplinary connections: to master this discipline, knowledge, skills, and abilities from the following disciplines are necessary: economics of an agribusiness enterprise,introduction to business analysis, analytical models and methods in enterprise economics,enterprise business intelligenceetc.
