Technologies of agricultural production

ABSTRACT OF THE EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINE

Technologies of agricultural production

Recommended for applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education

The purpose of studying the educational discipline is to form in the students a modern scientific worldview and a system of special knowledge in the field of production of plant and animal products, standardization and certification, evaluation of technologies based on the quality indicators of the received raw materials, modern methods of storage, transportation, primary and advanced processing of agricultural products.

Interdisciplinary ties of the discipline.  The acquired knowledge is the basis for further study of the disciplines of the economic cycle of the relevant professional direction "Innovative development in agribusiness", "Economics and organization of agrotrading", "Managerial economics", "Agrarian policy".

Agro-industrial formations implement their production programs from the production of raw materials to their in-depth processing and sale to the consumer, using modern technologies. Knowledge of the technology of production and processing of agricultural products will ensure the effective work of a specialist at agribusiness enterprises.
